The Selkirk v Hawick games on Saturday 4 December were played in appalling conditions – rain, sleet, freezing snow and howling wind and every one of the players on both sides, official and supporters deserved a medal. Two great wins for Hawick. Huge thanks to everyone involved. Get down to Mansfield on Saturday 11 December for the important games against Edinburgh Accies – kick offs Force 2.00 and Hawick 3.00 – to support the boys. HRFC has a chance to regain the Bill McLaren shield if they win. We can almost guarantee the conditions won’t be as bad as last week!
