Congratulations to the boys for defeating Kelso 18-14 in a tense Border League Final, the 50th time the club have won the trophy, a remarkable achievement.
A very successful awards night was held on Saturday night. Huge well done to Kirk Ford won the Hawick RFC Player of the Year, the Player’s Player of the Year and the Green Room Player of the Year. The Most Improved Player award went to Glen Welsh and the Young Player of the Year award to Connor Sutherland, The Hawick Force Player of the Year was James Delaney and the Force Player’s Player of the Year was Robbie Linton. Skipper Matt Carryer deservedly was judged to be the Club Person of the Year. A great way to end a fine fifteen a-side season.
