Objectives – On the field
• 1st XV to be in the top half of the Premiership
• 2nd XV to be competitive in National Reserve League 1
• 7s to be in the top half of King of Sevens ranking
• To develop Hawick players with the necessary skills and commitment to progress within Scottish rugby at all ages
Objectives – Off the field
• To provide an enjoyable match day experience for all supporters
• To maintain and increase membership across all age bands
• To increase the number of volunteers helping the club
• To generate recurring income each year to support the rugby development and performance objectives and maintenance of facilities to a high standard
• To continually invest in improving training, playing and clubhouse facilities to agreed plan
• To maintain good governance appropriate to a club in the Premiership
